Letters
Thank you for all of the love you provided, the lessons I'll never forget, the faith you instilled in me, and for always being my godly example. There's not enough words to express the gratitude and love that I have for you. You're an amazing mom and grandma!
I miss you deeply, but I know you're experiencing the greatest joy and peace imaginable. You're probably teaching the angels the right way to make pizza. Save a slice for me. Love your son,
Today, I just want to thank you. Thank you for the letters you wrote me, words that still bring me comfort and strength. Thank you for the encouragement you poured into me during some of my darkest days. Your love was unwavering, and your wisdom a guiding light in my life.
You loved me unconditionally, listened when I needed you most, and shaped me into the woman of God I am today. Your faith, your strength, and your grace live on in me. I pray that I continue to honor you in all that I do.
I love you always.
March 12. An ordinary day of no real significance. Until now. Now it is forever etched in my soul, carved into the void you leave behind. I struggled to write the words that would adequately express the grief of losing you. I struggled to find a picture that captured our relationship. Nothing was enough to describe how I feel, who you are, and what the world has now lost.
But this picture here... This is you. This is how I imagine you in heaven right now. Chilling. Unbothered. Unfazed. Confident. Content. Unafraid. Ready for whatever is next. This is how I will remember you.

There's just not enough of anything I have, that could fully give you the honor you deserve. All we can do is continue the legacy you leave behind. You changed the course of the generations after you. You not only made an impact on your children, but you left your fingerprints on every community you were a part of. Selflessly serving. Generously giving. Lovingly leading. And when needed, firmly redirecting (sometimes with just a look).
I love you, Mama. See you later homie...
Thomesa was a wonderful blessing to our family business. Her sweet and caring nature endeared her to our patients.

The truest friend and sister in Christ who wouldn’t stand for “status quo” or lower the bar because it was easier. While I never saw her shed a tear on this side of heaven, you always knew where she stood. On the side of what God’s Word said and what she believed that would look like. Her joyous laugh, her stealthy “look” when the student (ok , Molly) wasn’t paying attention... are some of the treasures I will fondly remember. She will be truly missed. We are all better humans for having her in our lives.

Mrs. Thomesa was someone who I consider one of my Spiritual moms. She was always there to lend an ear to questions I had and encouragement I needed. I consider her one of the strongest Women of God in my life growing up.

Thomesa was an awesome Faith and prayer partner. Thomesa taught me that, if God can take 2 fishes and 5 loaves of bread, that he can take my husband 1 payroll check and feed my family of 6. That statement encouraged me to resign from my job and raise my children. The best decision I ever made.

My dearest friend, Thomesa. You’ve always been a beacon of joy, always ready to lend a helping hand and share a kind word. You’re a true blessing of a friend, and I’ll miss you dearly. I’ll hold onto every memory we’ve made together. Love you always.

Thomesa, I will truly miss you. Whenever I needed you, you were always there for me with Godly advice and guidance. You always showed hospitality to everyone, by welcoming them into your home and now God has welcomed you into His heavenly home. I Love You my Sister.

Thank you for being my mother, my friend. You shaped my life in ways I can never fully express—teaching me what it means to be a godly wife, a selfless mother, and a fearless woman of faith. You showed me how to live boldly and unashamed for Christ, glorifying Him with all that I am. I love you forever.

Mom, you taught me to not worry about anything but to pray about everything. You always said, I wouldn’t worry about it Michelle. I would just pray about it. Those Words always brought me such peace and they are words that I will cherish forever! Thank you for being a great mom, and grandma! You will truly be missed and I will love you forever!

You had a wealth of knowledge and wisdom you never hesitated to share and I will treasure our time together always. I'm a better woman, a better wife, and a better mom because of you. Love you.

I want to take a moment to honor my sister and friend, Thomesa Hutcherson. I met her at CLC and she participated in the workout life groups that we hosted on Saturday mornings in the early 2000s.
Although I did not spend a lot of time with Thomesa except through church, I have known her to be a powerful prayer warrior, a confidant, and an incredible wife and mother. Her heart was full of love and intention, and she truly lived as a woman of God. I will always cherish the time we spent together at the Heartlife Grace Women’s Getaway last year. Thomesa brought so much light into every room she entered, and her prophetic spirit touched so many lives. The way she raised her children and loved her husband with purpose is something I admire deeply. She was a role model for all of us.
Thomesa, you will be missed more than words can say. My heart goes out to your family during this difficult time. Please know that I am praying for all of you and sending so much love your way. Thank you for being such an incredible person. We love you all.Love Neesha, Wes, and the entire family

Hi, I love you.

Mom, thank you for your love, kindness, and unwavering faith in Jesus, even in the midst of pain. Your unshakable faith will always be remembered. Ben always described you as a godly woman, and truly, you are. You have been such a blessing to our family, and we will always cherish the love you have given us.
Mom, I am deeply sorry that I can’t be there to hold your hand. Please forgive me for not being by your side. But I find comfort in knowing that you are now in God’s mercy and eternal peace. I believe you are resting in the presence of our Savior, Jesus.
As it is written in 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Mom, you have fought the good fight, you have finished your race, and you have kept the faith.
Your life has been a testament to God’s grace, and we are forever grateful. You and Dad have been a shining example of love, faith, and commitment—true role models for our entire family. The unwavering trust in God that you both instilled in Ben has shaped him into the man of faith he is today. We will carry on the legacy of faith and love that you and Dad have built together.
Until we meet again in heaven, we will continue to walk in faith here on earth. See you again, Mom.
I love you always.Helen Hutcherson
